 Citizenship Tutoring

SHC Citizenship Tutoring provides opportunities for all SHC Citizenship students to practice for the Citizenship Interview twice per week at drop in Zoom sessions.

Students work one on one or in pairs with a tutor to practice interview questions and Civics content for 25 minute sessions.  Any student in SHC Citizenship classes can join the practice sessions and students are encouraged to join as often as possible.

SHC provides a workshop to interested volunteers to explain what applicants should expect during the interview process; what material is covered in SHC classes; and how SHC Citizenship tutoring works.  Tutors are provided with study guides each week that track SHC Citizenship class content.

Please click the buttons below if you are interested in volunteering as a citizenship tutor or if you are interested in joining SHC Citizenship classes.
