​Here are some examples of what we do:

• SHC Welcome Workshops and Field Trips introduce families to community resources.  Adults and children engage together to practice English and connect to community in a multigenerational setting.

• The English Language Learner Program includes live instruction by professionally trained and experienced teachers.

• The Pre-SHCool Program ​is online pre-school and story time for SHC's youngest learners.

• The Homework Helpers Program is a peer to peer tutoring program for school-aged children.

• The SHC Citizenship Preparation and Tutoring program prepares students for the naturalization process and provides connections or referrals to local legal services.
